Only what you write yourself in the form on the “Contact” page: your name, a return address and the text of the message. The message goes to the Institute and nowhere else.
As long as it takes to reply to you, and no longer. Wrote by mistake or changed your mind — ask us to delete it, and we will.
The site does not track you. There are no visitor counters, advertising networks or third-party buttons here.
Only service cookies are set: they remember whether you have signed in to manage the site and whether you left the Institute map open. Nothing personal is stored in them.
All the files of the site — fonts, images, sound — are kept on our own server. Opening a page, you do not report your visit to Google or to anyone else.
You can find out exactly what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just write through the “Contact” form — a real person replies.
